Social media for PreGel is a tool used to promote new products,
training center classes, chef tips, fun facts, food holidays, and recipes. Instagram has been the most successful for potential new leads and Facebook has been the most resourceful for communicating: sharing recipes and answering product questions.

As an international company, PreGel has multiple subsidiaries from Europe to South America. I created numerous campaigns and maintained multiple accounts for Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, and Mexico. Designing campaigns in Spanish and Portuguese for exclusive products not sold in the U.S. was an exciting challenge.

WhyGelato .com is a resource PreGel launched to create a 'hub' of information for new gelateria shop owners as well as pre-existing ones. WhyGelato.com provided information such as the difference between
gelato and ice cream, how to start a business, and where to find the
nearest gelato shop. This site created a community online.
