5 Star Pastry Series  at PreGel, is an exclusive class offered to pastry chefs at any level.  For three days the class is taught by a well-respected and well-known pastry chef who shares his/her recipes and techniques all compiled into a 70-90 page recipe book. As a designer in the marketing department, I create all material promoting the class from web graphics to social events. In addition I design the recipe book and the certificate given to each student upon completion. During the class I work with the photographer to take video and photos of the class from start to finish.
